Pilates For Equestrians

just for you will enhance your ability, taking you to a new plateau in riding, while also improving balance.
Pilates For Swimming xo Many of the Pilates exercises simulate swimming movements. The
upper and lower extremities are key to a great swimming stroke. A swimmer’s larger muscle groups
can get over contracted. Focusing on the core, strengthening and stretching will ease over contraction
