Pilates For Skiing and Gymnastics

Pilates For Swimming

Many of the Pilates exercises simulate swimming movements.  The upper and lower extremities are key to a great swimming stroke.  A swimmer’s larger muscle groups can get over contracted.  Focusing on the core, strengthening and stretching will ease over contraction and strengthen the muscles you didn’t even know you had!  You’ll see improvements in your swim quickly!
