 Greg Fine is a Certified Gyrotonic instructor with over seven
years of experience. He has worked with clients ranging from 17-86 years of age, helping them gain flexibility, lose weight,
lengthen and tone muscle, improve posture, and increase energy and stamina. Those with back injuries, arthritis, neck stiffness,
sciatica, joint pain, brain trauma, as well as bladder and adrenal Cancer have seen marked improvement in their
health and well being. Greg has worked with pre and post pregnancy clients, tailoring movement to their special needs.
Trained at Sal Anthony’s Movement Salon in Manhattan by inventor and founder Juliu Horvath, Greg’s approach is multi-faceted and include his Certification in Reiki Healing. He is well versed in the human body and it’s systems and his understanding of nutrition which plays a vital role in creating health from within and throughout. A devoted father and husband, Greg has a creative background as a musician and writer, and Music Therapy training from Colorado State University, all of which he lends to his approach as a Fitness instructor . Greg is a Big Brother, a volunteer for NY cares, and Musicians On Call; an organization devoted to bringing music bedside to children with cancer. He is a much devoted teacher, who brings a passion, articulation and intensity to each session that makes his clients feel energized, renewed and invigorated.
