At a private studio, you'll always get the same instructor... Barbara. At Forever Fit Pilates studio, you'll find a lovely, private and non-intimidating environment with soft lighting and hand-picked sounds of relaxation music.  De-stress while stretching and toning the entire body.  The studio offers private 50 minute sessions on the apparati,  one hour Mat Classes with toys and Pilates Teacher Instructor training.  Barbara is proud to offer these services to you.

Pilates training (A Holistic form of Exercise)  for all levels of fitness, injured and special populations as well as cancer survivors and seniors are welcome.  Call today to schedule an appointment or to discuss your options today!
